Job summary

A logistics service provider in Singapore is seeking an Export Sales Coordinator to support the Export Sales team. Responsibilities include handling sales enquiries, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries. The ideal candidate holds a diploma and possesses knowledge of CBM calculations and incoterms. This full-time position offers a salary range of $2800-$3000, working Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Export Sales Coordinator or Import/Export Coordinator preferred.
  • Knowledge in calculating CBM and understanding of incoterms.

Overview

Job Title: Export Sales Coordinator (ID4763). Location: Pioneer. Working Hour: 5 days 8.15am-5.30pm (Mon – Fri). Salary: $2800-$3000.

Export Sales Coordinator. The incumbent will work alongside with the team manager to support the Export Sales team in the follow up on and support of the sales destined to export markets.

Responsibilities
  • Handle sales enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate order consolidation
  • Ensure customer’s order is promptly processed and invoiced accurately on a timely basis
  • Prepare and organize shipping documents for export shipping clearance (including Bill of Lading, packing list, shipping certificate, declaration, certificate of origin, marine insurance)
  • Provide timely updates on the cargoes estimated arrival / departure dates to all stakeholders
  • Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters
  • Ensure all invoices from all external service providers (eg. freight forwarders) are promptly submitted to the Accounts department for processing
  • Assist in processing warranty and insurance claims
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and shipping documents
