Job summary

Job description

We are seeking an Experience & Interface Designer to support the operation and evolution of an enterprise design system used across multiple digital products.

This is a hands-on, associate-level role, focused on execution and consistency, working closely with frontend engineers to ensure alignment between design and code.

What You’ll Do

• Design, enhance, and maintain reusable UI components and patterns
• Manage and update Figma design system libraries (components, variants, variables)
• Define and apply design tokens to support consistency and theming
• Ensure designs follow accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Produce clear design guidelines and specifications for engineers
• Support adoption of the design system through collaboration and feedback
• Participate in design governance and continuous improvement activities

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX, product design, or design system-related work
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems or large UI libraries
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, especially component libraries
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and usability
• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional teams
