Job summary

Ministry of Home Affairs is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the team responsible for the administration and processing of exits (retirement and resignation) to ensure audit-compliant operation efficiency and a smooth employee experience for MHA officers.

The role requires delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality services in line with SLAs and government guidelines, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to maintain professional HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Meticulous and self-driven with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with data and new technologies; Excel and AI tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of all exit cases per policies and service standards.
• End-to-end coordination of exit activities including liabilities and COS/COSC.
• Resolve complex exit cases with internal and external stakeholders for consistent outcomes.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process or system improvements.
• Provide guidance on exit procedures to officers and HTDs.
• Manage end-to-end case documentation and progress tracking.
• Utilize data analysis and digital tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
