Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR Operations experience.
• Strong hands-on Employee Life Cycle experience.
• Familiarity with MOM regulatory requirements, audit reviews and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
• Handle inquiries from employees and managers and resolve HR operational issues promptly.
• Administer benefits, enrolments, and leave arrangements; liaise with vendors as needed.
• Manage Singapore work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
