What the role is

As an Executive supporting the Examinations Division, you will play a key role in managing finance, coordinating examination administration, and providing essential divisional support.

What you will be working on

Your work will involve processing financial transactions, managing stationery inventory, coordinating examination operations through liaison with co-training partners and other divisions/colleges, handling enquiries, and delivering customer service to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for handling assessment results, processing appeals, and maintaining accurate records in the relevant systems and department SharePoint to ensure information remains current and accessible. Furthermore, your role will include compiling and processing award certifications, generating certificates and transcripts, and ensuring their timely distribution.

What we are looking for

You should have at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience and demonstrate a keen interest in handling administration matters, preferably in education or assessment settings. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively are essential. Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders are required, along with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheets is necessary. Familiarity with education management systems and digital assessment tools will be an advantage.
