Overview

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Executive / Senior Executive, Sourcing & Procurement to join our Sourcing & Procurement team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving efficient, transparent, and cost-effective procurement processes across the organisation. You will take ownership of managing end-to-end sourcing activities, optimising supplier performance, and ensuring value creation through strategic purchasing and process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of procurement activities for goods and services, including tendering, purchasing, negotiation, and cost evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs, consolidate demand, and drive cost savings through bulk purchasing and strategic sourcing.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation, including evaluation criteria, pricing schedules, and approval papers.
  • Review and highlight key contractual terms in vendor agreements to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and maintain timely renewal of maintenance contracts and standing order requisitions through an organised dashboard system.
  • Implement vendor performance management to track quality, service, delivery, and cost competitiveness.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to track procurement expenditure, ageing, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Drive workflow and process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or tender management.
  • Sound knowledge of sourcing processes, tender documentation, and contract management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with data analysis or procurement systems is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and regular engagement with end users, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to meet tight timelines.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
