Job summary

Pan Pacific Hotels Group is seeking an Executive, Sales Management based at our Corporate Office in Singapore. The role focuses on managing sales-related systems, generating reports for Corporate Commercial, and providing administrative support to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience with Opera SFA/ORS, Opera S&C and Lanyon, plus strong hotel industry knowledge, meticulousness and excellent communication. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience with Opera SFA/ORS, Opera S&C and Lanyon systems.
• Proven knowledge of hotel industry, especially Sales and Catering functions.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and service-minded.
• Strong communication and proactive, self-driven attitude.

Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Executive, Sales Management

Job Responsibilities

The Executive, Sales Management will manage the various sales-related systems deployed by PPHG Corporate Commercial. The role must be well-versed in generating reports for PPHG Corporate Commercial. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to the senior management leaders of the Commercial team.

• Be part of the Sales Management Team managing PPHG’s sales systems, including Opera Cloud Central, Delphi Sales & Catering, Opera S&C, Opera/Opera Cloud PMS, Lanyon RFP, InTouch BI and other systems deployed by PPHG Corporate Sales.
• Manage Opera Cloud Central account and profile administration, including creation, modification, audits and clean-up of centrally created profiles.
• Be well versed in the sales systems to support, guide, train and audit properties and Global Sales Offices on their deployment and usage. Training may be conducted via webinar or on-site and may require travel.
• Support the Sales Management Team in managing system-related enquiries from properties through the shared mailbox, and liaise with vendors to ensure systems are functioning at an optimal level.
• Provide guidance and promote best practices to coordinators across Global Sales Offices.
• Ensure user manuals and system documentation for the respective sales systems are current and up to date.
• Generate data and reports required by Commercial, Sales Management and Global Sales teams, and conduct research and information gathering to support market intelligence.
• Provide administrative and project support to the two Vice Presidents, Commercial and Director, Commercial, and participate in projects as assigned.
• Maintain an effective filing and e-filing system to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
• Provide clear and timely communication to internal and external customers and complete all assigned sales training and personal development programmes.
• Be a brand ambassador for the Group, articulating PPHG’s initiatives, brands and core values.

The Person:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Opera SFA / ORS, Opera S&C, Delphi S&C and Lanyon systems
• Knowledge or experience in hotel industry, especially in Sales and Catering function
• Meticulous and have a good-eye for details, systematic and service-oriented
• Takes initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel
