Job summary

Pan Pacific Hotels Group is seeking an Executive, Sales Management based at our Corporate Office in Singapore. The role focuses on managing sales-related systems, generating reports for Corporate Commercial, and providing administrative support to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience with Opera SFA/ORS, Opera S&C and Lanyon, plus strong hotel industry knowledge, meticulousness and excellent communication. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience with Opera SFA/ORS, Opera S&C and Lanyon systems.
• Proven knowledge of hotel industry, especially Sales and Catering functions.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and service-minded.
• Strong communication and proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales-related systems deployed by PPHG Corporate Commercial and generate reports.
• Provide administrative support to senior Commercial leaders.
• Train and audit properties and Global Sales Offices on system deployment and usage.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure systems operate at optimal level.
