Job summary

Pan Pacific Hotels Group is seeking an Executive, Sales Management to oversee the sales systems and generate reports for the Corporate Commercial team. The role requires training properties and Global Sales Offices on deployment and usage, with travel as needed.

You will support senior leaders, manage system inquiries, ensure documentation is current, and produce market intelligence data for Commercial, Sales Management and Global teams.

• Ability to coordinate across global offices and properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales systems used by Corporate Commercial and generate reports.
• Provide admin support to senior leaders and manage system inquiries.
• Train properties and Global Sales Offices on deployment and usage, possibly traveling.
• Maintain up-to-date user manuals and system documentation.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure systems run optimally and audits are performed.
• Assist in market intelligence research and data gathering for commercial teams.
