RESPONSIBILITIES

This temporary role is essential in supporting post go-live operations to enhance overall user experience, ensure smooth adoption of the system, and provide timely assistance to SOCIs across the university.

  • Update and maintain Ariba user guides to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Refresh Ariba Frequently Asked Questions guide regularly to keep information current.
  • Consolidate, review, and interpret user queries to support continuous improvement of self-help materials.
  • Support the team with administrative and operational duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma and above.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Ariba modules (Snap Buying, Sourcing, Contract Workspace, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supplier Performance Management) will be an advantage.
  • Experience in drafting training documentations will be an advantage.
