Job Description

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO's agenda, scheduling, and priorities to ensure optimal time efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare briefings, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle emails, inquiries, and price requests from customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in improving team coordination, workflow, and communication across departments.
  • Support ongoing strategic and operational projects.
Project & Business Coordination

Lead and assist with various company growth initiatives, such as:

  • Factory or office relocations
  • Machine procurement and supplier coordination
  • Business process improvement projects
  • Liaise between the CEO and teams in Thailand, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, and Switzerland.
  • Collaborate with Swiss counterparts, including evening availability when required due to time zone differences.
Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistical planning.
  • Manage personal bookings (restaurants, medical appointments, transportation, etc.).
  • Provide day-to-day support to simplify and optimize the CEO’s personal schedule.
Travel Requirements
  • Occasional travel to Hong Kong, Switzerland, and Colombo (Sri Lanka).
  • Domestic travel as occasionally required.
Qualifications
Language Skills
  • Fluent French (mandatory) – native level or near‑native.
  • Fluent Thai (spoken & written) – essential to handle local workflow and communication.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
Professional Skills
  • Strong computer literacy: Outlook, Excel, Calendar management, AI tools, and general tech‑savviness.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and partners.
Business Background
  • Experience working in a corporate environment or SME is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of business operations, customer processes, and internal workflow management.
  • Diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential.
Work Arrangement
  • Primarily Work From Home.
  • Typically 1–2 days per week at the office (flexible depending on workload).
  • Must be highly reachable and responsive during working hours.
  • Ability to adapt to Swiss time zone when needed.
