A national education and defence organization in Singapore is looking for an Executive to support partnership initiatives and event management. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in humanities and strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, organizing townhalls, and engaging with the CEO’s office. Experience in project management and knowledge of data analytics is a plus.

Be part of a dynamic team in the Defence Collective Singapore Ltd, which has been expanding our work since its establishment. The Partnership team is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role as an Executive to support the department.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders on partner-related activities: administration, event and project management, MOUs/partnership agreements, co-ordination of department and outreach efforts;
· Support partnership initiatives across 3P (Public, People and Private) sectors to profile and promote DCS as choice National Education/Total Defence partner. This includes environmental scan of latest NE landscape and innovative trends.
· Support DCS strategy planning-related activities: organising townhalls, monitoring trends/best practices in museum/ attraction industry; data insights;
· Support CEO’s office in organising and engaging stakeholders at DCS events (launches, official visits, learning journeys);
· Other duties as assigned by Director/Deputy CEO/ CEO
Requirements:
· Diploma or preferable Degree in Arts and Social Sciences; Humanities, Business Management or other relevant discipline;
· Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in arts & culture or National Education/Total Defence-related agencies;
· Entry level candidates with the right attitude and aptitude will be considered;
· Good analytical, communication and inter-personal skills, event & project management;
· Motivated independent yet a good team player
· Able to multi-task and handle tight deadlines and open to work flexible hours when required;
· Good command of spoken and written English;
· Good knowledge and application of MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint and Excel;
· Experience in project and event management; knowledge of data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) would be an advantage; and
· Passion in Singapore Story, National Education, Total Defence & interest in current affairs
