We’re Hiring: Executive, Marcom (F&B)
Creating moments. Connecting people. Building community.
Do you have a knack for creating engaging content or a passion for storytelling that builds meaningful connections?
Executive, Marcom (F&B Specialist)
supports the planning, execution, and delivery of all communications and promotional materials relating to the Club’s F&B operations. This includes publicising dining promotions, covering events, updating digital channels, and producing content that enhances member engagement and supports the Club’s brand. This role bridges the Marcom and F&B functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compelling communication with members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the F&B team to plan marcom timelines for seasonal menus, dining offers, and restaurant events.
- Develop engaging content and copy for promotional materials, including posters, menus, EDMs, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the designers and photographers to create high-quality visual content.
- Monitor promotion response and provide post-campaign reporting when required
- Be onsite for F&B events and the first day of key promotions (and throughout the promotion period as necessary) to capture ‘live’ content and member interactions.
- Manage real-time social media coverage through stories and posts.
- Take or coordinate event photography for post-event recaps.
- Prepare photo captions, videos and summaries for use on the Club’s social media platforms, website and bi-monthly members' magazine.
- Update F&B-related content on the Club’s website, members’ portal/mobile app, and digital screens, through the Marcom department.
- Draft F&B-related news for the Club’s magazine and newsletters.
- Monitor and respond to F&B-related queries on social media and digital platforms in consultation with the Marcom team within a specified timeframe.
- Ensure all communication materials align with the Club’s branding guidelines in terms of tone, style, and visual identity.
- Work with external vendors when necessary (e.g. printers, photographers, freelance designers) to ensure quality and brand alignment.
- Liaise closely with the F&B Director for campaign content, menu highlights, photography schedules, and service coordination.
- Work with the internal teams to gather accurate information and promotional timelines so F&B content (e.g. menus, event F&B details, dining privileges) can be included in broader club materials such as other materials circulated to new members or interest group newsletters and communications.
- Ensure all cross-department materials featuring F&B content are accurate, timely, and align with approved messaging and visuals.
- Support the Marcom team in cross-department initiatives.
- Perform and support other operational duties as assigned by the Management to support smooth F&B operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in English, Communications, PR, Journalism, or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate and F&B communications, PR, or marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to conceptualise, develop, and execute marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferred).
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
