Job summary

Cycle & Carriage is hiring a Corporate Leasing Executive to proactively source new leads and expand the leasing client base. You will present proposals, handle follow-ups and work closely with another sales teams to ensure seamless service across channels.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, a self-motivated team player mindset, and the ability to achieve targets in a dynamic startup-like environment. Fleet leasing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Fleet leasing sales experience is an advantage.
• Dynamic, resourceful and able to drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate new leads via cold-calling and telemarketing.
• Attend to leads from platforms or sources and grow the client base.
• Deliver sales presentations and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain good rapport with existing clients and renewals.
• Attend walk-in customers and perform counter sales duties.
• Ensure revenues and payments are collected promptly.
• Collaborate with brand sales teams to collect leads and convert to sales.
• Work with operations and sales team to ensure service excellence.
• Pursue sales to meet and exceed targets.

About the Opportunity

Executive - Leasing Sales

• To proactively prospect and find new leads through cold-calling and telemarketing.
• To attend to leads from provided platforms or own source and expand clientele base.
• Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients and conduct proper follow up.
• Maintain good rapport with existing clients and following up on contract renewals.
• Attend to walk in customers and perform counter sales duties
• Ensure all revenues & payments are collected in a timely manner
• Work closely with other brand sales teams to collect leads and converting to sales.
• Work closely with operations and fellow sales team to ensure service excellence is delivered through all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Actively pursue sales to meet (and exceed) individual sales targets and the Company's overall targets.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education with at least 2 years of Sales experience.
• Experience in fleet leasing sales will be an added advantage but not necessary.
• Dynamic, Resourceful, self-initiated, track record of getting things done / make things happen
• Team player
• Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability in a start-up environment.
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
