Leasing Sales Executive — Fleet Growth Leader

Job summary

Cycle & Carriage in Singapore is seeking an Executive - Leasing Sales to drive corporate leasing opportunities and grow the client base. You will proactively prospect, deliver compelling proposals, and manage end-to-end sales cycles with strong emphasis on service quality and revenue growth.

You should be self-motivated, sales-driven, and a team player with good presentation and communication skills, plus a valid Class 3 license. Fleet leasing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education with at least 2 years of Sales experience.
• Fleet leasing experience is a plus but not required.
• Dynamic, resourceful, self-initiated with track record of getting things done.
• Team player with strong work ethics.
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• To proactively prospect and find new leads through cold-calling and telemarketing.
• To attend to leads from provided platforms or own source and expand clientele base.
• Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients and conduct proper follow up.
• Maintain good rapport with existing clients and following up on contract renewals.
• Attend to walk in customers and perform counter sales duties
• Ensure all revenues & payments are collected in a timely manner
• Work closely with other brand sales teams to collect leads and converting to sales.
• Work closely with operations and fellow sales team to ensure service excellence is delivered through all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Actively pursue sales to meet (and exceed) individual sales targets and the Company's overall targets.
