Job summary

COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Leasing professional within the Store Development Team reporting to the Head of Store Development. You will deliver property marketing and leasing services for our managed portfolio in a dynamic retail environment.

You will negotiate leases, renewals or terminations, source new tenants through market surveys, process documents, and liaise with landlords and clients. Site visits and management updates are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• CEA Salesperson License required.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal and written skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide property marketing and leasing services for the managed portfolio.
• Negotiate new leases, renewals or terminations.
• Prospect for new tenants and conduct market surveys to source for tenants.
• Process and follow up on lease documents; update leasing reports and schedules.
• Liaise with Landlord/Client representatives on leasing matters including reports, approvals and feedback.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
• Prepare summaries and updates for management meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

As an integral part of the Store Development Team, the successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Store Development.

The essential responsibilities of the incumbent include:

• Responsible for providing property marketing and leasing services for the managed portfolio
• Handle negotiation for new leases, renewals or terminations
• Prospect for new tenants and conduct market surveys to source for new and suitable tenants
• Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules
• Liaise with the Landlord / Clients representatives on all leasing matters including reports, seeking approvals and feedback
• Conduct site visits and inspections from time to time
• Preparing summary and updates for the management meeting
• Any other roles/duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

• Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Business or equivalent

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possesses a CEA Salesperson License
• Possesses excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills
• Possesses positive work attitude, drive, and resilience to meet job challenges
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word PowerPoint etc.)
