Job summary

Salesforce Singapore is seeking a seasoned sales leader to head Industry GTM Sales, including senior AEs, and drive performance across Salesforce products and services.

Reporting to ASEAN SVP & GM, you will grow revenue year over year by expanding existing accounts and landing new customers, coaching a high-performance team, and aligning sales, solution engineering, and services for exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise sales
• 5+ years managing People Leaders/FLMs
• Experience in SaaS selling environments
• Proven growth of Industry customer accounts

Responsibilities

• Lead Industry GTM Sales and a team of senior Industry AEs
• Drive year-on-year revenue growth and land new customers
• Align product, customer success, and services teams for customer outcomes
• Develop annual plan and coach a high-performance team
• Recruit, hire, and train account executives on the sales process
• Oversee full sales cycle including campaigns and demand generation
• Manage regional leadership to close strategic and regular deals
