Job summary

Ambition Singapore seeks a commercially driven sales leader to scale enterprise growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and the broader Southeast Asian market. You will shape go-to-market strategy, win new business, expand partnerships, and drive revenue in enterprise, public sector, and mid-market accounts.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who creates markets, develops commercial strategies, and leads complex consultative sales engagements with technology, SaaS, and related B2B

Qualifications

• Proven success in winning new enterprise business and developing strategic accounts.
• Experience selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Strong consultative sales approach with discovery, solution selling, and negotiations.
• Ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, events, and marketing-led initiatives.
• Experience across Singapore and Malaysia markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand revenue growth across enterprise, SME, and government sectors.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with senior decision-makers across HR, Learning & Development, Technology, Operations, and Business Leadership functions.
• Drive strategic account planning and long-term client growth initiatives.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline across multiple industries and market segments.
• Lead complex consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, procurement, and contract closure.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic opportunities while progressively taking ownership of key enterprise accounts.
• Develop scalable go-to-market strategies focused on AI adoption, workforce transformation, skills development, and digital capability building.
• Maintain pricing discipline and commercial governance while maximizing account value and profitability.
