Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience in a financial services or corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Level 1 and 2 support for end users.
• Oversee setup and troubleshooting of PCs and business applications.
• Maintain IT and logistics inventories and apply updates promptly.
• Coordinate technology projects with Corporate IT and Logistics teams.
