This role is well suited for hands‑on HR professional who is enjoys being involved across the full employee lifecycle, values getting the details right, and takes pride in ensuring HR processes are well run. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation and contribute directly to how our people experience the workplace each day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding administration, ensuring timely coordination, accurate documentation, and HR system updates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and participate in interviews as the HR representative to assess candidate suitability and ensure fair and consistent hiring practices
  • Prepare and administer employment documentation, including appointment letters, contracts, and required regulatory or statutory clearances
  • Administer internship and practicum placements, including liaison with educational institutions and fulfilment of reporting requirements
  • Oversee training administration, including course coordination, maintenance of training records, funding or grant claims, and compliance tracking
  • Serve as a reliable HR point of contact for employee life‑cycle matters such as probation tracking, contract renewals, and general HR enquiries
  • Administer staff engagement initiatives and internal communications, ensuring activities are well coordinated and properly documented
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR records, data, and reports in accordance with organisational policies and statutory requirements
  • Provide HR‑related corporate and office administration, including facilities coordination and vendor liaison where required
  • Ensure HR processes and records are well‑documented, compliant, and consistently implemented
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
  • Working knowledge of the Employment Act and statutory labour requirements
  • Strong attention to details with a structured and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently and meet operational timelines
  • Professional and clear communicator who works well with employees and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
