Job summary

A healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for an HR professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure compliance with local employment laws. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll, including processing, updates, CPF contributions, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and submit government claims (e.g., GPML, CCL and other applicable schemes).
  • Administer applications and claims for relevant government grants and funding schemes.
  • Administer employee insurance matters.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support performance management exercises, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
  • Maintain and update staff information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Administer leave management, tracking leave records in HRIS and coordinating approvals.
  • Support HR budget preparation.
  • Assist with foreign staff dormitory matters, ensuring a clean and well‑maintained environment.
  • Perform any other HR‑related duties as assigned.
Education, Training, and Experience
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience. Experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations and statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS).
  • Hands‑on experience with Timesoft system.
  • Organized, meticulous and detail‑oriented.
  • Proactive and team‑oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
