Job summary

Mapped is seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front-of-house operations in a fast-paced corporate setting in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for employees, clients and visitors, delivering a warm, polished and efficient experience.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, discretion and the ability to coordinate meetings, visitor access and administrative tasks with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a receptionist/front-of-house/c hospitality role is preferred.
• Professional, polished and service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, discretion and ability to interact with senior executives and international stakeholders.
• Well-organised, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-of-house operations and deliver a welcoming reception experience for visitors and employees.
• Greet senior executives, clients and external guests with a high level of hospitality and service.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering and other hospitality requirements.
• Handle calls, emails and inquiries with timely, professional communication.
• Manage visitor registration, security procedures and access in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, facilities management and vendors for smooth office operations.
• Maintain reception and common areas to high presentation standards.
• Provide general admin support including courier coordination and ad hoc tasks.
• Anticipate needs, prioritise and respond to last-minute requests.
