Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive, Talent Management (Staff Welfare) to develop and implement wellbeing programmes aligned with organisational needs and to track their outcomes.

You will coordinate with external vendors to organise health and wellness workshops, provide administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee, and prepare incident reports to ministries. You will also enhance Employee Assistance Programmes and drive engagement across the organisation to boost

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in employee wellbeing, staff engagement, organisational culture or a related HR function.
• Experience in developing HR metrics, reports and/or dashboards would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee wellbeing programmes based on organisational needs, while tracking their effectiveness and outcomes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to organise health and wellness workshops, campaigns and educational talks.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee
• Prepare and submit required incident reports to the relevant ministries and government agencies within established timelines.
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) to better support employees.
• Coordinate and execute key employee health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
• Develop employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving staff morale, workplace satisfaction and retention.
• Administer mental wellness surveys, evaluate findings and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions and interventions.
