MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a strategic Wellness & Culture Leader to champion comprehensive wellness programmes, culture, and employee experience across the organisation.

You will partner with senior leaders, guide employee relations strategy, and ensure regulatory compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines while driving engagement and performance.

Formación

• Degree in HR or related fields.
• More than 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in employee relations, wellness and HR governance.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act, MOM and tripartite guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Champion wellness strategies aligned with business needs and workforce sustainability.
• Drive a culture of care, resilience, and psychological safety.
• Advise leaders on workforce wellbeing and engagement trends.
• Partner with leaders to embed positive culture into decision-making.
• Conduct exit interviews to inform talent retention and experience.
• Ensure practices reflect organisational values and compliance.
