Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd is seeking a wellbeing programmes specialist in Singapore to design, implement, and evaluate employee wellbeing initiatives.

You will assess organisational needs, measure programme effectiveness, and establish vendor relationships for health-related workshops and talks. You will also support the Health & Wellbeing Committee with admin tasks, incident reporting, and the enhancement of Employee Assistance Programmes while planning engaging wellbeing activities and analysing

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in staff grievance, disciplinary cases and employee relations.
• Attention to detail with ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes by assessing needs and measuring effectiveness.
• Establish vendor relations to deliver health-related workshops and talks.
• Provide admin support to Health & Wellbeing Committee.
• Prepare and submit incident reports to relevant ministries within timelines.
• Support DHR and manager to enhance Employee Assistance Programmes.
• Plan and execute key wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop employee engagement strategies to improve morale and retention.
• Collect and interpret employee feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Conduct mental wellness surveys, measure outcomes, and implement follow-up actions.
