About the Role:

As a Client Solutions Executive at Maha, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing lasting relationships with clients. You’ll be at the heart of our business development efforts, ensuring that our customers’ needs are met with precision and care. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen business sense, and a proactive approach to driving success in the specialty chemicals sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build Strong Customer Relationships

  • Become the trusted partner for your clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and tailored solutions.
  • Engage with customers at every step, from addressing inquiries to providing solutions that truly meet their needs.
  • Anticipate customer requirements, keeping them ahead of their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction is always a priority.

Drive Sales & Business Growth

  • Uncover new business opportunities to grow Maha’s presence in the specialty chemicals market.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and nurture a healthy pipeline of potential clients, proactively following up and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Be the Voice of the Customer

  • Identify customer pain points and challenges, offering innovative solutions that add real value.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends through market research, ensuring that you are always in tune with evolving customer needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client management, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build lasting relationships.

A proactive and self-motivated individual with a drive for results and a passion for growth.
