Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and key events.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings by drafting agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Act as a key liaison between the President and both internal teams and external partners, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including accommodations and logistics.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external engagements.
  • Provide comprehensive support for board and executive meetings, including event logistics and documentation.

Requirements
