Job summary

A Japanese multinational company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate must be bilingual, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to read and type in Traditional Chinese. The role involves managing schedules, preparing reports, and liaising with internal staff and clients. Additional personal assistance to management may be required. The role offers a salary range of S$4,000 – S$4,500 with 12 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Prepare and compile itineraries, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Liaise professionally with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Provide personal assistance to top management as needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
