Responsibilities

  • Manage the Executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare and edit business correspondence and presentations.
  • Compile materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
  • Attend meetings with the Executive and take accurate minutes.
  • Support special projects by conducting research and preparing reports.
  • Organize executive events and manage logistics.
  • Handle expense claims and financial tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Oversee document handling tasks.
  • Assist in drafting communications for the CEO’s review.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Executive’s calendar, including the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference calls, as well as the coordination of travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding to or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
  • Prepare, review, and edit business correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a high standard of professionalism.
  • Coordinate and compile materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Attend meetings alongside the Executive when necessary, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives by conducting research, compiling relevant data, and preparing comprehensive reports as required.
  • Organize executive events and functions, handling logistics and liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage expense claims and financial tracking, including receipt compilation and preparation of detailed expense reports.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee document handling tasks such as printing, binding, courier arrangements, copying, and filing.
  • Assist in drafting responses and other written communications for the CEO’s review and approval.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, ordering supplies, and maintaining efficient Executive office operations.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Executive.
