  • Manage admin & welfare programmes, contractors/partners, customers and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with contractors/partners to ensure admin & welfare programmes meet SLAs/KPIs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of work processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Answer all enquiries related to admin & welfare programmes.
  • Manage procurement (purchase requests/orders) and monitor payment status.
  • Investigate and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
  • Prepare regular reports on programme performance.
  • Perform any other duties as requested for the management of admin & welfare programmes.

  • IT proficiency, especially with MS Office (advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
