Job summary

A logistics and manpower solutions provider is seeking a candidate for a supervisory role responsible for overseeing overall operations. The role involves managing deliveries, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should possess at least an Nitec, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and have good communication and time management skills. Physical fitness and a CLASS 3 License are also preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
  • CLASS 3 License preferred with a good track record.
  • Physically fit to carry heavy objects.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the overall operations of the organization.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Candidate is the in charge of the overall supervision anentire organization
  • Assist with operations may require to carryingloads>20kg
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles
  • Ensure timely delivery of logistical items
  • Plan, develop and implement innovative sales and marketingcampaign, promotion and merchandising programs which will improve visibilityand profitability.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships withclients.
  • Strategies and implementing short-, medium- and long-termdevelopment plans to maintain and grow the business.
  • Develop and mappings of channels for all businesssegments.
  • Receive and release goods in the correct quality andquantity
  • Labelling, move and store goods according to protocols
  • Perform inventory checks on a regular basis
  • Inspect goods and ensure that they are in good conditionin a timely manner
  • Ensure that the inventory management system is updated
Requirements
  • Min Nitec, Bachelor’s or master's degree in Logistics &Supply Chain Management
  • CLASS 3 License is preferred with good track record
  • ADP Permit will be added advantage
  • Physically fit in order to carry heavy objects
  • Independent and able to take initiative
  • Good coordination and organization skills
  • Possesses good time management
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Experience in management may be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinkingskills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customerservice skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies andprocedures.
  • Execute other ad-hoc duties as required by the managementfrom time to time
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to work within opening hours (e.g Evenings,weekends & Public holidays)
  • Willing to work multiple shifts
