Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in events management, marketing, communications, hospitality or related fields.
• Creative thinker capable of generating fresh, engaging event ideas.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable liaising with clients, vendors and stakeholders.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media tools.
• Experience in event planning, marketing, hospitality or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualise creative event ideas, themes and experiences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience interests and opportunities.
• Plan and manage events from start to finish.
• Create event proposals, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, speakers and service providers.
• Develop and execute event marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Manage event registrations and attendee engagement.
• Support social media and digital marketing to boost awareness.
• Oversee event setup, operations and on-site execution.
• Ensure events are delivered successfully and meet outcomes.
• Prepare post-event reports and recommend improvements.
