You’ll partner with creative teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to design engaging experiences, manage logistics, and measure success, all while keeping multiple projects moving without missing a beat. Some travel is required.

Role

  • Collaborate with creative and production partners to develop high-impact presentations, speaker content, demos, and event creatives.
  • Coordinate multiple vendors, agencies, partners, and internal teams, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback on creative deliverables.
  • Manage RSVPs, invitations, reminders, follow-ups, and translations, ensuring registrations are updated, and progress is tracked.
  • Maintain project trackers, calendars, event collateral, and operational documentation using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Track KPIs, analyse event effectiveness, and provide insights to stakeholders to improve future events.
  • Follow up post-event to share content, collect feedback, and deliver comprehensive reports on engagement and success metrics.
You
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in brand or product marketing, consumer strategy, or event management, ideally with technology or consulting exposure.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple complex events independently with excellent prioritisation and organisation.
  • Experienced in collaborating with creative agencies and production teams, providing actionable feedback.
  • Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management across multiple teams and functional groups.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, with the ability to create visually compelling presentations. Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
  • Proactive, resilient, and thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments.
