🍫 We’re Hiring: Experience Facilitator

Location: Mr Bucket Chocolaterie

Are you passionate about chocolate, enjoy hosting people, and love creating memorable experiences? Join us as an Experience Facilitator and bring the world of chocolate to life through workshops, events, and corporate activations.

What You’ll Do

✨ Facilitate Workshops & Experiences

• Lead engaging, hands-on chocolate workshops and demonstrations.
• Teach chocolate fundamentals (bean-to-bar, tempering, tasting, etc.).
• Guide participants of all experience levels—from kids to corporate groups.

📘 Develop Training Content

• Create and update workshop modules, manuals, and recipes.
• Run sensory tasting sessions and inspire participants’ creativity.

🛠️ Support Event Operations

• Prepare materials, ingredients, and equipment before each session.
• Manage attendance, feedback, and class schedules with our Events team.
• Maintain inventory for workshop supplies and tools.

🎉 Plan & Execute Events

• Coordinate in-house and off-site events, including setup and logistics.
• Work closely with various departments on décor, sourcing, and manpower.
• Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of pastry-making or facilitation experience.
• Basic understanding of the chocolate-making process (training provided).
• Comfortable speaking to and managing groups of 10–40 pax.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving processes.

Working Conditions

• Based at Mr Bucket Chocolaterie and off-site event locations.
• Able to work weekends or evenings depending on event schedules.
• Occasional travel for corporate events or external workshops.
