PERSOL is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide call center support for banking products and services. You will handle accounts, enquiries, and customer needs with a focus on solutions and satisfaction. Training is provided with relocation between Jurong East and Changi during the initial period.

After training, you may choose your preferred location between the two sites. This role requires a pleasant demeanor, strong learning ability, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in a call center, assisting with banking products, accounts, and service enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
• Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
