Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Officer for a call centre environment. Location is Changi/Jurong with a 6-month contract (renewable based on performance). Training is 2 months and paid; shift pattern starts with office-hours training and then allowances apply once shifts begin.

Salary is up to SGD 3,800 plus shift allowance, with rotating shifts including weekends. Role involves handling enquiries related to Corporate Banking products, including business accounts and loans.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre environment or customer service setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external customers to answer queries related to Corporate Banking products.
• Handle enquiries from business owners on business bank accounts and loans.
• Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional service attitude at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across channels and resolve requests.
• Encourage use of digital services and promote channel adoption.
• Meet KPIs while ensuring service quality and risk standards.
