Job summary

Integriti Core is hiring an EUC Support Engineer to deliver frontline IT support for enterprise and public-sector clients in Singapore. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage user accounts, and ensure smooth end-user experiences across Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, supporting Microsoft 365 apps, managing access controls, and coordinating with Level 3 teams under SLA to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or equivalent required.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred.
• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator/Modern Desktop certs an advantage.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support via phone, email, walk-in and portal.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and manage MFA in AD/Entra ID.
• Diagnose and fix Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Set up devices and deploy endpoint security/EDR tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and update knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 per SLA.

Join Integriti Core as an EUC Support Engineer to provide frontline IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless user experience for enterprise and public-sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user IT issues via phone, email, walk-in, and ticketing portal to ensure timely support
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals to maintain device functionality
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint to enhance user productivity
• Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and manage multi-factor authentication in Active Directory and Entra ID for secure access
• Diagnose and fix Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connectivity issues to maintain network availability
• Set up new devices and deploy endpoint security and management agents to ensure device compliance
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and update the knowledge base to support efficient issue resolution
• Escalate complex technical issues to Level 3 teams within defined service level agreements (SLA) to ensure timely resolution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in IT
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator or Modern Desktop certification
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice
• Experience with endpoint management or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools
