Job summary

The Health Promotion Board is seeking a skilled professional to manage estate and facilities operations across HPB premises and assist with administering tenders for a two-site relocation project.

You will report to the Deputy Director (Estates and Facilities Management) and collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to meet operational, budget, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience with Singapore Government procurement, including tenders and contracts, would be advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of PSSCOC and public-sector construction standards.
• Experience delivering office renovation, fitting-out, relocation or related projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and project workstreams concurrently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day estate and facilities management of HPB premises.
• Manage Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) performance and contract compliance.
• Prepare, evaluate, and award workplace tenders; coordinate two-site relocation projects.
• Support HPB’s sustainability initiatives and other Administration projects.
