You will manage and coordinate estate and facilities management operations in HPB's existing premises, and assist in administering tenders for an ongoing workplace relocation project. Workplace relocation project
  • Prepare, evaluate, and award tenders and quotations for workplace fit-out, loose furniture AV and security systems, and moving services. Works will be done at two different locations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure operational readiness and handover of both locations. You will resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues, and **escalate matters where necessary to keep projects on schedule.**
  • Maintain complete and accurate procurement and project records, including schedules, budgets, risk registers, progress reports and management updates.
Other operational duties
  • Support HPB's sustainability initiatives
  • Manage any other projects and initiatives needed to support the Administration department
[What we are looking for]

  • Good working knowledge of PSSCOC and the ability to apply relevant provisions in public-sector construction, renovation or fitting-out projects, with guidance where required.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering office renovation, fitting-out, reinstatement, relocation or workplace-transformation projects;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tenders and project workstreams concurrently, prioritise effectively and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, project-management, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
