Day-to-day estate and facilities management of HPB's existing premises, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operations.Manage the performance of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and term contractors, enforce contractual obligations and compliance to the government Instruction Manuals, and drive timely resolution of service issues and performance gaps.
Prepare, evaluate, and award tenders and quotations for workplace fit-out, loose furniture AV and security systems, and moving services. Works will be done at two different locations.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure operational readiness and handover of both locations. You will resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues, and **escalate** matters where necessary to keep projects on schedule.Maintain complete and accurate procurement and project records, including schedules, budgets, risk registers, progress reports and management updates.
Support HPB's sustainability initiativesManage any other projects and initiatives needed to support the Administration department
Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract.
