Job summary

The Health Promotion Board seeks an experienced Estates & Facilities professional to manage HPB's existing premises and coordinate a two-site workplace relocation project. You will supervise IFM contractors, ensure compliance with government manuals, and drive on-time delivery within budget.

Candidates should have 3+ years in facilities or procurement roles, with strong stakeholder and contract-management capabilities and familiarity with public-sector processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management or related projects.
• Experience with government procurement, tenders and contracts is advantageous.
• Knowledge of PSSCOC and public-sector construction/regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day estate and facilities operations at HPB premises.
• Manage IFM and term contractors, ensure contractual compliance and service performance.
• Prepare, evaluate, and award workplace relocation tenders and manage two site moves.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to meet budgets and schedules.
