• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in property or estate management.
• Sound knowledge of the Management Corporation Strata Title framework and the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and review decisions for maintenance.
• Oversee daily operations including cleaning, security, and building maintenance.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial reports.
• Establish rapport with residents and address their inquiries.
