Job summary

A leading enterprise software provider in Singapore is seeking an Implementation Consultant with 1-3 years of experience in ERP and cloud solutions. You will deliver software implementation services, provide training, and support project management. Proficiency in Vietnamese is required for client engagements in Vietnam, along with a strong interest in investigating software issues. The position involves potential travel within Southeast Asia.

Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver Yonyou ERP systems and cloud solutions implementation services including user requirement study, solution proposal, system configuration, key function testing, user training, report writing, and documentation;
  • Monitor and control project progress and ensure successful project delivery according to the project plan.
  • Provide pre-sales support from a technical perspective, including product & technical solution demo;
  • Investigate all reported problems / errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently;
  • Deliver client training
  • Receive training about Yonyou ERP products, industry, and project management.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in the implementation and support of business applications and cloud solutions;
  • Good command of one business knowledge including accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction industry;
  • Experience in ERP solutions (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision, Workday) will be advantageous;
  • Degree in Information Technology, Accountant, and Business Management;
  • Vietnamese-speaking required for clients in Vietnam.
Soft skills
  • Good planning and coordination skills;
  • Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Good team player, responsible and conscientious;
  • Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active;
  • Possess a strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue;
  • Experience in providing training to core team and end users;
  • Will be based in Singapore and travel for overseas projects in Southeast Asia;
  • Chinese proficiency with Chinese-speaking clients.
