Job summary

KINGDEE International Software Group (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Sales Development professional to generate leads and qualify opportunities for ERP and cloud solutions in the APAC region.

You will conduct outreach, educate prospects on KINGDEE's ERP offerings, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to convert leads, while maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting KPIs. This role requires excellent communication with senior executives and a proactive, metrics-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales development, lead generation or business development, preferably SaaS/ERP/IT.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior executives.
• Results-driven mindset with KPI focus (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversions).
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Conduct introductory calls to understand potential clients' needs and challenges.
• Educate prospects on KINGDEE's ERP and cloud offerings, aligning solutions with business goals.
• Use qualification frameworks to assess potential leads.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads; maintain CRM records.
