Recirculate IT Pte. Ltd. is an IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company specialising in secure data wiping, laptop refurbishment, and responsible reuse and recycling of IT equipment. We work closely with corporate clients and overseas suppliers, focusing on data security, operational accuracy, and sustainability.

This role supports daily operations including inventory management, laptop handling, basic repairs, and supplier grading verification. Training will be provided and no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update inventory records for laptops and IT equipment
  • Perform packing and unpacking of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Assist with secure data wiping in accordance with company SOPs
  • Conduct basic laptop repairs and testing (SSD/RAM replacement, keyboard, battery, basic troubleshooting)
  • Tally received items against supplier grading lists
  • Identify discrepancies in quantity, model, or condition
  • Prepare documentation and submit claims to suppliers for grading mismatches
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding discrepancies and claims
  • Maintain accurate records, photos, and reports
  • Support daily warehouse and operational activities
Requirements

  • Able to perform physical work (packing, unpacking, lifting laptops)
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
  • Able to follow SOPs and compliance procedures
Language Requirements
  • Proficiency in English for documentation and internal communication
  • Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers on grading and claims matters
