Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an onsite IT support specialist to troubleshoot and resolve client platform issues within a hospital environment. You will provide Level 1–2 support to end users and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring timely resolutions and updates to stakeholders.

The role requires NITEC or Higher NITEC in IT, knowledge of hardware, OS, and remote connection tools, and a willingness to work in healthcare settings with required vaccines.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in IT or a relevant technical discipline.
• Knowledge of hardware (chipsets, memory, peripherals), OS, and remote connection tools.
• Healthcare Compliance: comfortable working in a hospital environment and able to take required vaccines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve client platform issues.
• Provide Level 1–2 onsite technical support to end users.
• Respond to incidents, investigate, and provide resolutions for escalated incidents.
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Handle service requests related to client platforms.
• Monitor service levels, document configurations, and report to stakeholders.
• Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
• Manage platform implementation and upgrade projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to scope of work.

Location: Central Region/Islandwide

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of client platform-related issues.
• Provide Level 1–2 onsite technical support to end users.
• Respond promptly to incidents, conduct investigations, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions for escalated incidents.
• Provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform service requests related to client platforms.
• Monitor agreed service levels, document and maintain system configurations, and provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
• Manage client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned that are relevant to the scope of work.
