Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and configure OS and in-house apps to meet user needs.
• Configure accessories, peripherals, and mobile devices for end users.
• Troubleshoot desktop incidents to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and fix printer issues at user desks.
• Patch OS and antivirus on workstations not updated via server.
• Provide technical information and knowledge support to users and team.
• Procure IT desktop and laptop equipment and maintain asset records.
• Coordinate delivery, relocation, and installation of PCs and printers across locations.

About the role

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, peripherals, and mobile devices to ensure smooth desktop operations and support. You will also manage IT equipment procurement, asset updates, and coordinate delivery and installation of PCs and printers.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems and in-house applications to meet user requirements

• Set up and configure accessories, peripherals, and mobile devices for end users

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents to minimize downtime and maintain productivity

• Diagnose and fix printer issues at users' desktops to ensure continuous printing capability

• Perform OS and antivirus patching on workstations that cannot be updated via server push-down

• Provide technical information and knowledge support to users and team members

• Procure IT desktop and laptop equipment and maintain accurate asset records

• Manage delivery, relocation, and installation of PCs and printers across locations

About you

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Information Technology or equivalent

• Knowledge of MS Office tools installation, troubleshooting, and printer support

• Basic understanding of Active Directory and SCCM

• Experience supporting diverse technologies and IT services in the field

• Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows operating systems

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
