Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an onsite IT support specialist to troubleshoot and resolve client platform issues within a hospital environment. You will provide Level 1–2 support to end users and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring timely resolutions and updates to stakeholders.

The role requires NITEC or Higher NITEC in IT, knowledge of hardware, OS, and remote connection tools, and a willingness to work in healthcare settings with required vaccines.

Qualifications

NITEC or Higher NITEC in IT or a relevant technical discipline.
Knowledge of hardware (chipsets, memory, peripherals), OS, and remote connection tools.
Healthcare Compliance: comfortable working in a hospital environment and able to take required vaccines.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve client platform issues.
Provide Level 1–2 onsite technical support to end users.
Respond to incidents, investigate, and provide resolutions for escalated incidents.
Provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Handle service requests related to client platforms.
Monitor service levels, document configurations, and report to stakeholders.
Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
Manage platform implementation and upgrade projects.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to scope of work.
