Job Scope

HR Assistant (Salary Up to $3200):

  • Process monthly payroll for 30–40 foreign construction workers
  • Check daily attendance, clocking records, and overtime claims
  • Handle IR21 income tax filing for cessation of employment
  • Recruit foreign construction workers as required
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Coordinate mandatory training (CSOC, CSDC, Work-at-Height)
  • Liaise with training providers and authorities for CoreTrade matters
  • Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports
  • Assist in organizing company events
  • Maintain good working relationships with supervisors and workers
Admin / Customer Service
  • Interact with customers via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Present and explain product or service offerings to customers clearly and confidently
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage feedback or complaints effectively
  • Maintain operational records and perform daily administrative duties
  • Assist in billing, payment processing, and managing customer accounts
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Candidates with HR / Admin / Customer Service or ANY other related experiences are welcome to apply
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) will be an added advantage
