Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer in Singapore to bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre‑sales validation through onboarding and full lifecycle expansion.

You will operate as a quota‑carrying technologist, leveraging AI‑augmented workflows to reduce admin tasks while delivering high‑value architectural design and measurable outcomes across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep‑dive discovery with Account Executives and map customer infrastructure (DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, Workers) to Cloudflare architectures; define PoCs and evaluations.
• Design structured migration and onboarding blueprints; act as lead consultant for customer engineering teams and guide configuration best practices.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with AEs; monitor telemetry to ensure rapid time‑to‑value and reduce deployment risk.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion; advise on architecture, AI control layers, security posture, and deployment confidence.
• Leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks (RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, telemetry monitoring) to free time for strategy.
